CourtSeven is a pickleball court booking platform that connects players with court facilities. You may use the platform to discover clubs, view court availability, and make bookings.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Honor bookings you make and contact clubs in advance if you need to cancel

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Club accounts must be approved before they can list courts or manage bookings. We reserve the right to deny or revoke approval at our discretion.

CourtSeven facilitates connections between players and clubs. We are not a party to any booking agreement between a player and a club. Any disputes regarding court conditions, cancellations, or refunds are between the player and the club directly.

Booking availability is displayed in real time. We do not guarantee that a slot will remain available between the time you view it and the time you complete your booking.

If you register as a club owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your club, courts, and operating hours
• Honor bookings made through the platform
• Handle player contact details responsibly and only for booking-related purposes
• Keep your club profile up to date

You may not:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or entity
• Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

All content, design, and code on CourtSeven is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of information provided by clubs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
