This Privacy Policy describes how CourtSeven ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our pickleball court booking platform.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use this information to create and manage your account.
When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address (optional), and phone number (optional), along with the court, date, and time of your booking.
We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our platform, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via session data stored on our servers.
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process and manage court bookings
- Share your contact details with club owners for booking coordination
- Send booking confirmations and updates
- Improve and maintain the platform
When you book a court, your name, email, and phone number are shared with the club owner to facilitate your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in with Google, you agree to Google's Privacy Policy as well.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for operational and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth, and we do not store passwords for Google-authenticated accounts.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
